Amendment to new Regulations
Amendment regulations defer introduction of Waste Management (Collection Permit) Regulations and Waste Management (Facility Permit) Regulations.
The Waste Management (Registration of Brokers and Dealers) Regulations 2008
New Regulations for Registration of Waste Brokers and Dealers involved in the export of waste abroad for recycling and recovery are being introduced on the 1st of July 2008. The registration will be administered by Dublin City Council and will facilitate controls on those who arrange shipments of waste.
